What the app is

Momentum Scorecard tracks the weekly effort a sales team commits to — the calls, meetings, events and posts that lead to closings — and scores the week against each rep's targets. It is a scoreboard for activity, not for outcomes.

Common questions

How do I join my team?

Your manager sends an invite link. Sign in, then paste the invite link into the Join screen. Supported app links can also open the join flow on your phone. Invites can be revoked, so if a link stops working, ask for a fresh one.

How do I log activity?

On Home, tap Record activity and say or type what you did, for example “called eight agents and had one meeting”. The app turns it into entries and to-dos for you to check; nothing is saved until you tap Log all. To log one metric by hand, tap its ring under Key metrics (or the plus button on the Feed), set how many, and tap the Log button (it reads, for example, “Log 3 Contacts”). Open Add detail in that sheet to add a note, change the date, or attach a photo or voice memo. Extra Credit has its own ring on Home.

How do I fix or delete something I logged?

Open the entry from the Feed. You can change the count, the date and the note, add or remove photos and voice memos, or tap Delete entry. You can edit your own entries; managers can also edit entries for people on their team. Right after saving, the bar at the bottom of Home also offers Undo.

Can I attach a photo or a voice note?

Yes. When logging, open Add detail; on an existing entry, use Add evidence. Choose Camera, Photos or Voice memo. A voice memo is transcribed so it can be searched.

Who sees what I log?

Your team's managers decide. By default, everyone on your team can see teammates' activity, notes, attachments, feed posts, reactions and to-dos, and managers always see the whole team. The weekly Review and the weekly coaching summary are for managers and owners only. Other customer teams cannot see anything. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Why is my score different from what I expected?

Points are proportional to your weekly target for each metric, and the week runs on your team's configured start day and time zone. Tap a metric's ring on Home, then View activity, to see your count, your points and how many more you need for the next point. Your score comes only from logged entries, so a missing or mistyped entry is the usual cause: fix the entry and the score follows. Managers see the whole team's arithmetic on the Review tab.

The text is too small, or too large.

The app follows iOS Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text, including the accessibility sizes. If something is clipped or unreadable at a large size, email us a screenshot — that is a bug, and we want it.

How do I turn notifications off?

iOS Settings → the app → Notifications turns off everything. In the app, Settings (the gear on Home) → Reminders on this phone turns the daily nudge and the review-day reminder on or off for this phone.

How do I delete my account?

Settings (the gear on Home) → Delete my account. It deletes your account, sign-in and Cloud AI choice, deactivates your membership on every team, and clears the app's data from this phone. The activity you logged stays with the team so past weeks still add up. If you signed in with Apple and the app says it could not remove the Apple link, go to iOS Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → the app → Stop Using Apple ID. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is and is not removed.

I am the only owner of my team and cannot delete my account.

That is deliberate — deleting the last owner would leave the team with nobody able to administer it. On the Team tab, make someone else an owner first, or remove the other members.
